Steven Ehrhart has been named executive director of the United States Football League, it was announced Thursday by Commissioner Chet Simmons.
Ehrhart, 36, joined the USFL in August of 1982 as Director of Administration and Counsel to the Commissioner.
Ehrhart's duties will include administrative responsibility for the Operations, Communications, Finance, Legal and Marketing functions at the League, as well as long range strategic planning.
