Allan Clark scored on a 1-yard dive with under two minutes remaining Saturday to lift the Oklahoma Outlaws to a 44-41 win over division rival Birmingham.

Clark's scoring run capped a six-play, 60-yard drive and was his second rushing touchdown of the game. Clark finished with 138 yards on eighteen carries. His backfield mate Reggie Brown piled up 181 yards on 29 carries with a apir of touchdowns of his own.

The Stallions opened the scoring with a 78-yard punt return by Woodrow Wilson at the 13:46 mark of the opening stanza.

Oklahoma pivot Rick Neuheisel tied things up at 7-7, after a seven-yard touchdown run with just over four minutes remaining.

Birmingham quarterback Cliff Stoudt then connected with slotback Joey Jones on a 73-yard scoring strike to make it 14-7. A four-yard touchdown run from Allan Clark tied things at 14-14 with just under ten minutes remaining in the first-half.

The teams exchanged field goals leading to a 17-17 score at the intermission.

Oklahoma opened the second-half with a pair of Reggie Brown touchdown runs and a 21-yard Jim Gallery field goal as the Outlaws moved out to a 34-17 lead.

Birmingham rallied in the fourth quarter behind a pair of Cliff Stoudt touchdown passes and a 34-yard David Trout field goal.

In other Week #13 action, the Orlando Renegades and Oakland Invaders both scored upset wins over Baltimore and Memphis repsectively. Meanwhile, Jacksonville notched a 20-13 over Tampa Bay and Houston pummeled New Jersey 37-13 at the Meadowlands.
