This week: at Memphis Showboats, Sunday 8 p.m.


Walter Lewis returns to his old stomping ground to take on the ‘Boats.


(#2) Baltimore Stars


Record: 1-1


Last week’s ranking: #1


This week: at Pittsburgh Maulers, Sunday 1 p.m.


After a tough home loss last week, the Stars must now re-group as they face a much improved Maulers unit.


(#3) Pittsburgh Maulers


Record: 2-0


Last week’s ranking: #5


This week: at Baltimore Stars, Sunday 1 p.m.


If Major Harris continues to improve and excel, then the Maulers could have a legitimate shot at the playoffs.

This week: vs. Birmingham Stallions, Sunday 8 p.m.


The biggest match of the season looms as former star pivot Walter Lewis returns to the Liberty Bowl.

The team rebounded nicely after an opening week loss, look for head coach Forrest Gregg to open things up offensively against Los Angeles.

Blaise Bryant seems to have found his rhythm and the Oakland defense appears to be much improved.

The Blitz lost a close one last week versus New Orleans after opening the season with a win.
