Newcomer to watch: All eyes will be on quarterback Tom Ramsey as he attempts to replace Craig Erickson who headed to the National Football League during the off-season.
Veteran to watch: Former Buffalo Bills defensive back Dwight Drane should be a major contributor on defense, especially against the run.
Strengths: The Bulls have one of the deepest and most talented offensive lines in the league.
Weaknesses: The Bulls front four is getting somewhat long in the tooth.
Reason for optimism: If Ramsey gets off to a shaky start the Bulls have some depth at quarterback with Rick Worman and Jeff Blake waiting in the wings.
Cause for concern: The Bulls are hopeful that veteran running back Mike Rozier has something left in the tank.
Bottom line: Jacksonville should be competitive, but they will need the running backs to be productive to ease the pressure on Ramsey and the wide outs.
more to come........
